12th MELTA PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST 2017 RESULTS

Gala Concert and awarding of winners and laureates will be held on 21 April 2017 at 15-00 to 17-00 at the Concert Hall of Russian State Children Library www.rgdb.ru
